With more than 15 years of experience spanning real estate finance, capital markets, nonprofit leadership, and public-private partnerships (P3s), I help communities, organizations, and partnerships transform complex challenges into collaborative action through strategic planning, risk allocation principles, and transparent decision-making frameworks.
I hold both an MSW and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and am a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). I excel at translating complex financial and strategic considerations into actionable insights, building cross-sector partnerships, and developing high-performing teams.
Grounded in a strengths-based, collaborative leadership style, I bring a mission-driven perspective that helps communities and the organizations, partnerships, and civic leaders that serve them create resilient, community-centered outcomes.
